Thought he was great for us last night, will work well when Tom comes back.
Does anyone know if he picked up a knock last night?

He got a massive whack to the back of the head by some scummer, stiff arm, unnoticed by the referee of course, he was groggy afterwards.

Was Okon playing?? You wouldnt have known would you? Another massive waste of money on an over the hill has been by the scum.
Thought Kwassie was one of our better performers last night. There was virtually no service from midfield and both he and SP were being dragged deep looking for the ball.

okon went off at about 55' mark. marshalled the defence well and his passing from the back was good.
was that kwasnik who dove for the second penalty?

was that kwasnik who dove for the second penalty? No, that was Kwasnik that got pushed over and received a deserved penatly. Might have looked like a dive from your position tho so fair enough.

i didn't think that Kwasnik played all that good against the jets. It would be interesting to see if he'll be able to hold down a regular spot when Mrjda and Pondeljak come back.

Kwassie could have played better, I thought at times his movement could have been a little better but he won 2 penalties so he was obviously causing them some trouble in their defence. It wasn't a bad penalty either, he hit it low and with reasonable pace, it was just a great save from Kennedy!

I personally think it was a crap penalty. When you hit it low like that, there is always a 50-50 chance the keeper is going to save it, so I just cant understand why players keep hitting them low. Petrie had the right idea with his, hit it high. Ideally he should have hit it into the top of the net, but still ok.

Did Ben Kennedy Get a hand on Petrie's penalty? Yes, a touch only. The lad looks promising. Played the winter with NBN League Premiers Broadmeadow Magic.

We'll just keep going through the lineup until we find one. Vidmar's turn next. I thought Kwassy did well, made some good runs and good passes, set up alot of chances, he can do more than score!
