from HAL website www.a-league.com.au/default.aspx?s=hal_newsdisplay&id=19869There is brighter news on the horizon for Mariners defenders Alex Wilkinson and Paul O'Grady with both training fully after recovering from long-term injuries. Wilkinson was selected as captain of the Mariners this year before suffering a knee injury in the Hyundai A-League opening round against Sydney. He returned to full team training this week and is expected to be available for selection for the Mariners home game against Melbourne on Sunday week. Likewise O'Grady said he will be ready to play against Melbourne if selected after recovering from pre-season shoulder surgery.
