Sorry, but the money on Rom-loadofshitehasbeen-ario was completely wasted - any player would have scored from there.
Agreed, I prefer the teams below us to be losing. Objective No1 is to make the 4. Then see where we end up.
Anyway, the scum losing is always good

I think a win today will do CCMFC a world of good for the finals with the result last night, keep in mind that both Adelaide & Scumcastle have already played NZ in this final third of the season and not come away with the three points while The Mariners still have to play New Zealand, I think they both still have to play Sydney as well?
Plenty of opportunities to claim 2nd, but the first concern for the Mariners should be getting 4th, given the Premiership is now gone I don't really care where the Mariners finish as long as it's above 4th!

Well that Orange mob that grabbed three points off us last game just pissed them down into Auckland Harbour!
NZ Knights 3 - Qld Roar 1
I must add however that NZ looked good for it too, so I am not looking forward to them coming calling soon.
Oh, and of course as reported elsewhere Sydney Fc given 2 points penalty for salary cap breaches, and 1 point that was suspended last season. That will from Friday (it is subject to appeal!) put them back in the mixer for 2nd-4th places, with Adelaide getting a reprieve for their poor form.

NZ were very good and deserved their win - they looked like a different team tonight.
It will make the run in very interesting if they continue to play like that!
If that aint an added incentive for the Mariners I don't know what is!

NZ were well organised and enthusiastic, Qld were woeful.
A free near post header, not marking for the second and Reddy dropping a regulation save. I hope Mori is at least making more money up there because if he had been able to stay with us he would be still scoring for fun.

"All Whites/Ricki Herbert" sort of thing...............maybe the black ones got repo'd.
I hate it when we play NZ, always a crap game and tense. Their new found determination might not be a good thing for us.
I will be in Qld when we play them so will be scouring the Gold Coast for a bar that shows A-League

studs to the knee after the ball had already been cleared. It was deliberate to, you can see him missing and he adjusts to hit him

Griffiths should have got a straight red and not yellow definitely he made no attempt to get the ball - as far as I'm concerned it's an act of cheating and trying to hurt your opponent!
