Can someone please put a link/addy in this thread to bombard Foxtel with our complaints about this game not being shown. For f***'s sake, as someone has pointed out, this is a 'top of the table' clash. f***ing 4 games a week isn't so hard to cover, Channel 9 are doing all the Final sries for the NRL so Fox should have shitloads of 'Game crew's' sitting on their arses doing nothing! I've been thinking of getting Fox, but if they can't cover a lousy 4 games a week, they can forget this A-League fan's doh. The FFA should be doing something about this as well, they can't expect us to be travelling away with these f***ing distances. Takes a lot of interest away from the League and the team for 2 weeks if your not a die hard supporter like the lot on here. Blame Thugby League: After the A-League Melbourne vs Newcastle at 5pm, it is - 7.00pm NRL, Preliminary Final, Eels v Cowboys Rugby League 8.30pm, NRL, Preliminary Final, Dragons v Tigers Rugby League Contact Fox via foxsports.news.com.au/help#What a joke hey! The games are live on NBN and fox are showing them again! You can bet they will replay them again during the week too!

Lou and family, enjoy the game! You'll have one up on us. The away game in Sydney had the Marinators a sea of yellow and really letting rip, so I hope you have your voices primed and Marinators shirts crisp and colourful!

The Advertiser Kossie spoilt for choice By DANIEL LATO 23sep05
A HEADACHE is generally regarded as something bad.
And the return of Adelaide United defender Richie Alagich from suspension has given coach John Kosmina and assistant coach Aurelio Vidmar a headache at the selection table.
But it is a welcome pain for the coaching staff with all but one player on their list available for Sunday's match against Central Coast Mariners as well as having a new striker on the way.
"Everyone is fit now and with Fernando (Rech) coming, there will be some interesting times ahead," Kosmina said.
Defender Kristian Rees said the playing group was relishing the challenge of having to fight for places week in, week out.
"We have to fight really hard for positions," Rees said.
"There are a lot of midfielders and with Fernando Rech coming in it is just going to be a good fight for spots.
"It'll mean a lot of hard work, but the boys are up for it."
One player who won't be taking part in the match against the Mariners is new signing Rech, who will not be considered for the home game despite arriving in Adelaide tomorrow.
"There is no way, even if his paperwork came through, that he would be on the bench," Kosmina said.
"He's got to do a week's worth of training at least and then for (the next game against New Zealand in) Auckland we'll reassess the situation."
The Mariners will be without the services of injured star duo Stewart Petrie (calf) and Nick Mrdja (knee), but Kosmina will not take the top-of-the-table clash lightly.
"They've good individual players and they work well as a unit," he said.
"They are a big strong side, so it is going to be a good game on Sunday night."

Rech could debut for Adelaide AAP
Newly-signed Adelaide United striker Fernando Rech could play as early as Sunday's A-League encounter with the Central Coast Mariners after declaring he's ready to go.
Rech arrived from Brazil on Friday morning and immediately made it clear he was match-fit and only a week away from being in perfect condition.
"I was playing in Brazil, I only stopped 15 days ago when I had the first contact with Adelaide," he said.
"So I'm probably only one week away (from 100 per cent)."
Rech, 31, has previously played with distinction in Australia for NSL clubs Parramatta Power and the Brisbane Strikers.
He was managed by current United coach John Kosmina at Brisbane, and won the NSL player of the year award with the club in 2001-02.
Rech's fitness was a welcome surprise for Kosmina, who had previously stated that the Brazilian would need several weeks' training before being ready to suit up in the A-League.
"If we get his paperwork through we could look at something this weekend," Kosmina said.
"He was a perfect fit for what we needed; it was just a matter of convincing him to come back."
In describing Rech's attributes, Kosmina painted an impressive picture.
"He's a good finisher, probably the best header of the ball I've ever seen, he's got a touch of flair, he's creative, he's got a great change of pace," he said.
"He's got a whole lot of different things we don't have - he's more the complete package than some of the players we've got at the moment."
Given that Adelaide currently sits atop the A-League table and has conceded just one goal in four matches, Kosmina has every reason to be pleased about how his squad is developing.
His other import player, Chinese forward Qu Shenqing, scored with his first touch for United last weekend and is also approaching peak condition.
"It is perfect timing, it's good as well because we've got Qu coming back to fitness so we'll now have a full squad available, something we haven't had for a few weeks," Kosmina said.
"We need to consolidate our place at the top of the table now and a player of Fernando's ilk can help us do that."
Tribal Football web site however reports that "Rech Return Delayed ... Kosmina"

Mariners look to the back AAP
Central Coast skipper Noel Spencer believes the Mariners may have to play Adelaide United at its own game to grab a share of the A-League lead on Sunday.
The Mariners travel to Adelaide on Saturday buoyed by their 3-2 win over Sydney FC last round.
But with striker Stewart Petrie (calf strain) joining star forward Nick Mrdja (knee) on the sidelines this week, Spencer admits the Mariners may have to resort to a more defensive and counter-attacking game plan against an Adelaide side which has conceded just one goal this season.
"They've got a very tight-knit defence which is going to be hard to break down, so if we can go a goal ahead its going to be very close," Spencer said.
"We've probably got to try and play them at their own game, make sure our back four are nice and solid, and if we can pinch a goal then it's up to them to go at us."
Adelaide remains the only unbeaten team in the A-League after four rounds, surprising many by jumping to the top of the table.
The Reds have a three-point advantage over Central Coast and Newcastle but will miss towering goalkeeper Daniel Beltrame this weekend after his red card against Perth Glory.
Spencer, who played with Beltrame at Wollongong in the old National Soccer League, said his absence would be a bonus for the Mariners.
But with Central Coast's strike force undermanned, Spencer said he and fellow midfielder Andre Gumprecht would against have to help out Tom Pondeljak and Adam Kwasnik up forward to make the most of that advantage.
"It's definitely not too good to have all our strike force out. I suppose it comes down to me and Gumpsy having to start to put a couple into the back of the net also," Spencer said.
"We've just got to try and chip in and help the forwards out a bit, and try to take a bit of the workload up front as well."
Both Spencer and Gumprecht scored in the Mariners' defeat of Sydney, although the skipper admits his stoppage-time winner, which deflected off a charging Alvin Ceccoli and lobbed into the net, was probably the luckiest goal of his career.
"It was just a nice deflection that will probably never happen again," Spencer said.
"But it couldn't have come at a better time. We needed to bounce back after our loss to New Zealand last week. It put us in second position and now gives us a real good look at jumping to first against Adelaide."
