Squadron has just had word from the FFA that having fun at Central Coast Stadium has been banned. Confetti - banned Drums - banned Docket Rockets - banned Excessive sound - banned. This is shit. Is it like this at every CC game, or is this an FFA thing? Still didnt stop you guys from bringing in the Confetti and Docket Rockets Well actually a member of the squadron rang up Gosford Stadium to double check on these rules, and they said they didn't mind if everyone brought in a few handfulls of confetti, docket rockets etc. As for the excessive noise, we will try and be quieter next time. Or maybe not. hehe. It was good that those running the stadium had enough sense to be reasonable about the confetti etc.

Congrats on progressing through to the prelim finals. It was good to see such a big crowd show up for the local derby. What fight were you talking about Nomes? I was standing with the squadron and saw no fights started by newcastle fans. Some central coast fans came over and were being dickheads, trying to steal our drummers stuff etc. And people from your bay were lobbying beer at us all night (which actually injured some people). And lastly some guy got pushed over some chairs which he thinks may have caused a few broken fingers. So don't give me this "just what i expected from newcastle" nonsense, cause central coast people aint's saints.

Im not giving you guys the pleasure of a debate. But here is a bit about photograph copyright "When is copyright infringed? It is generally an infringement of copyright to deal with a photograph in any of the ways exclusively reserved to the copyright owner without the copyright owner’s permission, unless copyright has expired. Using part of a photograph in one of these ways may also infringe copyright, if that part is important or distinctive, even if it is a relatively small proportion of the photograph. Copyright may also be infringed by “authorising” infringement, by importing articles containing copyright material, and by selling infringing articles." ... "Copyright does not apply where something was published anonymously or under a pseudonym, and the identity of the creator couldn’t reasonably be identified". Next time post it yourself and ensure your ownership identification, and copyright is clear! As the image is only linked from it's original location, where there is no clear ownership - you were standing .... much as you do on the Jets chances this weekend ... on nothing! Getting RSI from tearing up paper yet? Btw. If my name is Willjohn is that an anonymous name? As my name is William Johns i would assume not.

Yes i agree. It certainly is a very murky area. Law is a bit like that though i guess. If i get any good shots of the marinator supporters tomorrow night, im happy if you guys want to post them though. So if you see a skinny little bastard in a jets jersey holding a camera near bay 16 (is it), please don't attack him. hehe. Will

I authorised the photo (i did not post it myself) to be used in the newcastle forum. I did not authorise it to be used here. Im well any truly over it though (ie built a bridge), but I don't want it to happen again.

Hey everyone, First things first. That picture which was posted is actually owned and copyrighted by myself. I have not given permission for its used in this forum, so next time please gain permission from me or ill make sure it gets removed. Secondly. As for all this crap about who was louder on last friday night. BUILD A BRIDGE AND GET OVER IT!!!! There is no accurate way of measuring the loudest as there is so many variables to take into consideration. I have a hobby of sound engineering, so i know bits and pieces about this. A bunch of people close together singing will be able to amplify at greater volume per person, than people spread apart. Ie Mariners had their whole support base in 3 bays, while Newcastle support was spread around the whole stadium. If anyone has a marshall quad box (guitar amp) etc, you will know what i mean, as those things are bloody loud. Furthermore Fox sports will not be able to give a good indication of how loud each group was. Have you guys seen the big hairy mics at the game? Well if you sit closer to one of those the louder you sound, they further back you sit and quieter you sound. If am correct, the squadron were sitting back, while marinators were sitting closer to these microphones. Just my two cents, Will

Ill be saving my laughter also. Saving it to when he scores a few goals against your lot.. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHA...... *deep breath* AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! God damn Newcastle, you suck. You suck bad. Juninho might be 34 and whatever, but honestly - ROFLCOPTOR to the max. Save your laughter until they actually sign him, on paper, and in the flesh. THEN we can have a good laugh about it.
