Free tickets to both matches for members. Great news. I agree - great stuff Let's see how many platinum members moan now If membership packs are going out this week, platinum members should have their platinum seats for Saturday. I think this is only fair. Platinum members deserve superlative service.

Platinums and gold will have their seats for this Saturday, the sarcastic comment I was making was around the fact that this game is not in our membership packs but the club are giving us free tickets.

Just reading the a-league web site, says Hayden Foxe has an injured knee, already, and will be out for this weeks game. Great signing that one.
Also did anyone see the picture of McAndrew on the a-league site??? He looks like a dwarf!

Also did anyone see the picture of McAndrew on the a-league site??? He looks like a dwarf! Yeah, I can see him now - knawing on Agostino's knee in the box. The refs will never see it. He's looked promising when I've seen him so may be just some growplus applied at training.

I've always bagged him out about not being a fan, no merchandise, no tickets but he does follow them, he claims he doesn't feel connected to Sydney FC like he would to Westies Utd.

Do him a favour Omni, buy him a sky blue and dark blue flannelette shirt so the Westie in him can connect with Sydney FC! ;D

According to an interview with cullina on foxsports, trialists are only allowed in the 1st 2 rounds of the pre season cup, so they will not be on the bench for sydney this weekend.

According to an interview with cullina on foxsports, trialists are only allowed in the 1st 2 rounds of the pre season cup, so they will not be on the bench for sydney this weekend. Shame the game is the same time as ours - I would have had a look. Interesting to see if they get the OK for SFC to play trialists given their bare 11 declared so far. Daniel Severino has not yet been signed so is not expected to be on bench as he will be needed by Bankstown City in the PL GF. Neither will their last U20 signing Adam Biddle, from Blacktown City Demons for the same reason. He had game time against us in the trial at Gabbie. "Adam Biddle will link up with Sydney FC after playing for Blacktown City Demons in Sunday's 2007 Telechoice Championship Series Grand Final. Biddle, who turned 19 last week, has signed a two-year contract and will become Sydney FC's third Under-20 player for the Hyundai A-League 2007/08 Season. The club's other U20 youngsters are defender Nikolas Tsattalios and striker Ben Vidaic. "I'm very excited to be joining Sydney FC," said the young winger. "I'm just at the start of my footballing career and relishing the challenges that lie ahead." Sydney FC coach Branko Culina is confident that Biddle, who will play his last game for Blacktown City Demons against Bankstown City at Penrith's CUA Stadium, Penrith, on Sunday 5 August 3pm, will push for a place in the starting side."
