Point taken and acknowledged I agree fully My arguement is that they had a solid core of youngsters and they should try to add just one or two each year as needed Just to add depth as the team that was around all came along in leaps and bounds yeah agreed frog, but the problem has been that, a new coach comes in, doesnt know the history of the team the committee gives them full rein doesnt say what players they want kept. Most times its ususally a club coach that will be there and he will bring his club players that he wants in the side and then build the team around them. Hence weakening the team. And ususally getting rid of the better players because they are more experienced and the coach feels inadequate coaching them, because theyre more talented than the coaches ability to coach them.
