What does CCSA have up their sleeve? I notice in Wednesday's Express that there is a Development Application with Gosford Council. They are building a new club house. I am not sure but i heard that council were contributing $25,000 towards it. Pluim park also owns the ground infront of the park where the old derelic house is. I also heard that eventually they will be covering the other grand stands with roofs.

Isn't the house part of Ourimbah Rugby Park?

I knew the house was owned by CCSA the groundsman used to occupy it.
There was talk years ago of some type of development on that land in conjunction with Lisarow primary school.
They're not going to get much for 25 grand.

plans that were set up 15 years ago were for the corner block was a club house/ pub / tab etc also a indoor soccer area with gym for general use
Was knocked back by the board at the time had another local pub wanting to go halves (tall timbers??) saw the potential
Would see CCUFC in a very different financial position now

the problem is frog, every yr they are shitting themself about CASH,they have no business sence,no business skills, and knowone with a clue about how to run a proper organisation.its really only a matter of time until the coast don't have a team in anything state league comp.we have a great local junior set up,but as you and i no,soon as your offered to go and play in syd, your on your bike, everyone knows the coast has no future in this sport, until we stop running it like a pub raffle.
