It,s my understanding that the regional coach resigned due to the total interference of the general manager Michael Keech. This guy walks into the office and tells the regional coach how to do his job, what we have to keep in perspective here his the gm comes from sport not related to football, thats a good start. He as not only told the regional coach how to do his job I has also told mariners coach Lawrie, Ian Ribilliard of central coast academy of sport and numerous nsw soccer officials. Again to the board of Central coast football, open your eyes and look at his track record so far. If you cannot see it then you lot must be as ignorant as the gm himself, by the way does anybody know he maybe these days.

while in no way implying that people have no right to air grievances on this forum, it's probably worth noting that - this forum has no official status and thus cannot exactly hold anyone to account, no matter the evidence presented on these pages
- there's no guarantee that the material presented here gets anywhere near the board of CCF
- the veracity of material presented here is tempered by the fact that it is untested and often posted anonymously
- the forum has no basis to act upon whatever lands on its pages
so can i suggest that at the very least, if you have a beef with CCF in some way or form, write a signed letter to the board and the general manager. this way it is formal correspondence that must be attended to and cannot escape the attention of those who make the decision on whether keech stays in his role. CCF will then be able to respond in the manner it considers appropriate. while people on here may be able to offer additional information/clarification and between forumites a clearer picture may emerge, if people want something done they need to address the proper channels - appealing for the board to act on here won't get as far as a letter to the board. by all means let us all know how it goes - i'm curious to hear of any progress.

clubs have association delegates
this is the best way to air grievances through your own club
at the last meeting the gosford delegate aired his concerns about the amount of leave time the general manager was taking and the wyoming delegate stated that he believed that the general manager was not doing his job properly

Has Bourkey's job been filled yet? well, no, because the job bourkey had and the new football coordinator position are two totally different roles with different responsibilities the new job is an admin job and not a coaching job it has been filled but hasn't been announced yet
