Have some hope boys I think we can grab 1 goal and from there see what happens I know what the result may be but I didnt think we were a chance against the Germans

Regardless of if it came off or not, if Frank Farina tried something drastic tactically to get something out of this match I would applaude the guy. Unlike a Tunisia or a Japan, Farina and the Aussies are far too predictable to provide any real threat to Argentina. When you see the goal it took Brazil to score a consolation against them (a 27 yard screamer for Roberto Carlos) I fail to see where we are going to get through.
But dont think my hopes aren't still high Fish my friend, I'll still sit up through Australia getting destroyed by Bangladesh in a onedayer on Fox til that kickoff time, and have all fingers crossed for our boys.

Banglawho I think that is there first win ever.What an embaressment I reckon thats the equivelant to the national team losing to the Solomons at full strength.

They have, from a neutural perspective this could have been the best thing to happen in world cricket. But as an Aussie, it's bloody embarassing.
