Why have I highlighted this particular game as a must see?? Allow me to explain...... (I was discussing this particular prospect during the game yesterday with Murphs after seeing the dirtiness of QLD)
Kevin Muscat plays for Melbourne. Danny Tiatto plays for QLD.
Need I say more??

Is that the rules Serious? Would the TAB take bets on that or other associated scenarios (like how long before a player gets a second yellow or straight red)?

I don't think the TAB would, but surely there'd be a place like that somewhere in the land?? I know that Centrebet in the Northern Territory is usually good for this sort of random thing....... they've taken bets before on stupid shit like "Who will win Big Brother" and "Whose going to be the next PM". Not too sure if the FFA would want to promote a betting option on a game being called off for gross foul play though. Still, I'd pay to see it happen. Especially if Tiatto is involved. Angry, angry man. (did anyone see him fire up at the referee yesterday??) |

Odds would be 6/4 on that both Muscat and Tiatto would pick up at least one yellow each (if they weren't prevented from playing due to prior yellows or reds).

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh man, after Saturday nights efforts by both Moore and Tiatto, this game is looking nastier by the minute. I just hope they're not suspended from the round before......

OK understand now just read Les Murray's article. It's because there's a salary cap. the teams can't afford exciting players.
