Draw would have been better but the scum lost so thats good.
Reasonable turnout from the Cove too.
Hopefully the FFA will act and punish the scum for the hail of objects that the Squadrunts hurled at Uf*** when he was trying to take a corner. They really are a disgrace to the comp and lets see the invisible man wriggle out of this.

Pretty disgraceful behaviour, but I don't see the FFA doing a thing about it.

They also need to pay more attention at school.

Glad the scum lost. Completely agree that Adam Griffiths was lucky to still be on the park after that tackle. And I truly hope the FFA come down like a tonne of bricks on the squadrunts. Truly appaling display. Is it just me or are they getting worse and worse?
Bring on Melbourne!

how shit was the banner in the Squadron "Both Sydneys Bridges are fat" Of all the things they chose "fat"? Moron status well and truly justified. I would have considered "both of sydney's bridges are OLD", but some research revealed that he's younger than aloisi.

From 442, hopefully the Jest management now have the excuse they are looking for to remove these idiots.
Cant wait for Timmy et al to come on here and defend their firm.
"Defeat for the Jets was painful and the sight of Ufuk Talay being pelted with cans and bottles as he prepared to take a corner was an unsavoury spectacle"

Really are some drop kicks in squadrunts, probably think it is being 'ard to throw things at a player when mummy or daddy isn't watching.

Straight from Pintculture.com, funniest A-League site on the web..... bear in mind they've had this season long irrational love for Joel Griffiths going on - it's piss funny to read though. "NEWCASTLE JETS 0 vs SYDNEY FC 1 (Bridges 69) Saturday, 3 November 2007 at EnergyAustralia Stadium "This result is absoute bullshit and the only logical explanation is that there is some sort of match fixing rort against Joel Griffiths achieving the success he rightfully deserves. I urge the FFA to immediately investigate this travesty of justice but unfortunately they will not choose to do so because in some sort of sick twisted way they are somehow involved. Next weekend nothing will prevent Joel Griffiths from setting the record straight against feeble Perth or John Kosmina stringing three in a row against a depleted Melbourne side down on its luck." BWAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHA, I told youse there was a conspiracy!!!!

If anyone should have been sent off it should have been Milligan and Rudan or lashing out

When he got the yellow. Studs up nowhere near the ball. That was a red for mine.

You're not wrong about Rudan...that should've been a RC and a penalty.
I don't actually think Breeze brings a red card onto the field ;-)
Durante also should've been sent, for a tackle quite similar to Griffiths' tackle.
