very interesting day - top result for scotland 1-0 against france, england not good enough and only got a draw while wales and ireland got thumped - embarrassing really. (eng 0 macedonia 0, wales 1 slovakia 5, ireland 2 cyprus 5 (last i saw it anyway)
scotland should be able to build on their results on qualify, engalnd will make it and no doubt exit at 1/4 final stage
i'd be interested to hear any scots views, there is definitely some new belief there - the crowd went berserk at the end of the game.

Yea, the crowd went absolutely nuts, from the highlights France didn't get alot of chances and certainly didn't do very well. It was a nice goal too. Scotland should qualify you'd imagine.

read today that the french coach has blamed the loss on the ball boys being deliberately slow to break up the play
talk about clutching at straws
that would have to be the most pathetic excuse for a loss i have ever heard

watched england vs croatia on sbs and talk about robinson having a clanger. just loved seeing that ball bounce over his foot. england looked like crap and need to have a good look at how they are playing and their commitment to steve mcclaren
