Did anyone watch the Real v Barca (Classico) match on the weekend?
It really lived up to its titled by producing one of the best games I have seen in living memory.
The score was 3-3 and it was just end to end football. The passing, skills and techniques on display was just beyond belief.
It was truly a magical spectacle.

Saw the last ten minutes and it was top quality, especially from ten-men Barca.

Thats on the list of "events to see" along with.
Boxing Day Ashes test. Split v Zagreb derby (after reading the article in 442 - such hatred) AC v Inter Mariners winning ACL England at the new Wembley (against Scotland or Ze Chermans)

The week I was in Barcalona I had to settle for Espaynol v Zaragosa at the Olympic Stadium. 15000 v 80000 is not quite the same but good experience none the less.
The very next week my friend, who has a passing interest in football, went and saw Bara play. Saw donkey ball score two goals including the winner in the 89th minute.
And he wonders why I gave him a verbal tirade when he told me how awesome it was.
