Is there a raffle somewhere for the Chelsea fans to enter to make it that little bit fairer to win something lol They'll claim the organiser is more disposed to pulling out a Merch United fans ticket.

Did you see an invite was out to all current players to attend Alan Ball's funeral, with the exception of Didier Drogba and Arjen Robben. The organisers were afraid they'd dive in the box.

I find it funny that you are probally a Manure fan, and constantly make diving jokes about Drogba and Robben when you are most likely in love with Cristiano Ronaldo.

Point of order, few filth fans come from W London. Most are ex Manure and Arsenal fans from Guildford.
Doubtless they will revert to Manure again next season.

Being a proud Manc, it hurts me to say this, but thank you Liverpool, thank you so much. Chelsea and Mourinho are a disgusting blight on football and the Champions League is so much better for not having them in the final. Can't wait to see you lot in Athens. Ryan - "poor" Chelsea?? Hardly - 200 million or so pounds, and they still can't make a European final. Rubbish. P.S. Way to fill your seated allocation rentboys - oh, wait.......

Given Fulhams current plight it was harder than usual for me to get much pleasure from this mornings game.
However, the world does look alittle brighter :-).

Chelsea were just following the lead of their national team's history when it comes to penalty taking.

"Chelsea were just following the lead of their national team's history when it comes to penalty taking."
You can't surely mean England .. only 1 Englishman took a penalty in this game for Chelsea (Lampard) and he scored.
Do you mean Russia or Portugal as their national team ?
With any luck Chelski will win nothing apart from the League Cup (worth 100 miilion in anybodys book).

Nah, this photo looks a lot better don't you think?? ;D Mate, don't worry, we've got the league title sewn up, and if there's any justice in the football world, we'll spank them 7-0 at Wembley just to prove a point....... all the money in the world means f*ck all if you're only game plan consists of "hoof long balls to Drogba then protest in vain at the referee when he dives". That, and they're a pack of twats. As for Ol' Big Ears and his Athens adventure - he didn't like the taste of his 2005 adventure, a bit too Mersey for his taste, he much prefers the taste of Stretford.

Many congrats to Liverpool FC and AC Milan for making their second European Cup Final in 24 months. I think this will be a great final, and I don't care who wins.
Once Liverpool beat Spartak, my fear was that AC, after being penalised in Serie A, having been beaten by LFC in the game of the century in Istanbul AND having a wonderful European Cup record, would come out and thump us at the San Siro. To their immense credit, they did.
AC Milan has MASSIVE motivation for the final, and the early tackles will resemble the firecest Old Firm derby in their intensity. I am sure the memories of Istanbul burn the hearts of Gattuso et al. Liverpool FC, better have your game face on for this one.
May I say that Kaka is magnificent. I think he is the best player in the world right now, with C Ronaldo close behind. Some of the Aussie "experts", like Foster, absolutely trash Cristiano in praising Kaka, which of course is rubbish. They are both world-class.
Oh well, dreams of the treble are gone. So be it, we were beaten by the better team over the two legs. No complaints, no excuses.
This will probably assist us in the EPL and the FA Cup. Here's hoping for a win at the City of Manchester Stadium and a draw or Arsenal (cough, cough) win at the Bridge this weekend.
Que Sera Sera.
Regards,
AM

Definite - Man U for the Domestic Double Hopefully - Man U to pull off a second treble inside 8 years by beating Liverscum in the final. DJ - I was wary, not cocky. The only Milan player I would give respect to (for obvious reasons) is Kaka.... some of them are just the sort of people you don't think twice about, and some make me actively angry. Particularly Gattuso. I really, really, _really_ do not like Gattuso. I don't particularly care who wins the final - for vengeance reasons I want Liverpool to smash Milan back to Istanbul and beyond, but I couldn't bear to hear them crap on about "we've got 6". Having said that, I couldn't bear for a team that shouldn't even be in this years competition to win it outright. Here's to a good game either way. Bring on Wembley - and an absolute mauling of Chel$ki.

Man United should be happy as they had an excellent Champions League campaign. They just played a better team that was more experienced in winning these types of games - as did Chelsea. They will learn valuable lessons from the game today and last week and will be right up there again next season.
