A couples I've read about this on the West Ham fanzine sites: 1 - The Premier League Rules - which was drawn up by the clubs (who choose to exclude themselves from the Football League) forbids them from taking action against the league - therefore now Sheff Utd have gone down Fulham, Wigan etc will go very quite as they will be throw out of the league if they sue. 2 - All Premier League clubs had the chance to object to the independent panel before hand - nobody did until they didn't like the out come and realized that on the pitch we had finally got our shit together. 3 - Tevez has always been registered correctly - the rule broken relates to 3rd party influence over team selection. IMHO having an agreement with a company that owns the financial rights to a player does not effect other clubs -On the other hand transferring Tim Howard to Everton and baning him from playing against you but allowing him to play against your title rivals does seem like 3rd party influence.... 4 - A precedent was set when Sp*rs were docked points after the club changed administration 5 - Stop winging and get on with the game!
