Carrying an injury into it - wasn't expecting much out of it and really felt it in the knee at about 11k so ended up walking from there - I finished about the same time as the Marathon winner (just after him) so I may be in some photos.
Now someone get me plenty of ice and voltaren

No Stretcher the team doctor didn't give the signal and I could walk off the field. You may all continue to sit on your arses doing nothing.
