just recently ( last 20 years or so) I been listening to AEROSMITH. IRON MAIDEN and a brilliant band from London called THUNDER, if you can get the GIMME SOME c.d by THUNDER ya wont be disappointed. But most recently THE DARKNESS have grabbed my attention.

Check this 80's band out. They sure don't make music like they used to. Excuse the poor language. Definitely not safe for work or kiddies, etc. And you'll have to cut and paste and fill in the blanks... www.break.com/index/f***theshit.htmlCatchy, eh? Well it made me laugh.

An Australian Band that is up and coming, that i thought everyone might want a look at
VAN SHE, theyre signed under MODULAR which have bands like WOLFMOTHER and CUT COPY.
they only have an ep out which i suggest buying for its great! theyre music is Electronic/Dance Rock which is reminiscent of the 80's electronica phase. great music if youre into that stuff, lots of synth, electro drums and soothing lyrics.
might buy me a pink shirt and a blazer.

80's electronica. I might have to check it out. I've been listening to 2G0 for the last coupla weeks and I'm really missing Triple J. I'm worried I'll miss the zeitgeist and I'll start to think I have to listen to 2GO forever because the music triple J plays is hardly music at all but instead a message from the devil. They should ban rock'n'roll and the kids these days should get haircuts.

i can only handle so much shannon noll and fleetwood mac for a small amount of time. but 2go can be good.
i have very alternative tastes so one would think i listen to Triple J but instead i dont rate it nor listen to it. in fact i hate radio all together

heres a few. sarah blasko - her version of flame trees by cold chisel i think is brilliant. the magic numbers - a great album by this lot, reminds me sometimes of some simple 60's pop songs, so naturally i love it. and if you dont have harvest by neil young, then your missing out. ive also just got my hands on frank sinatra's first album. "wee small hours" its a perfect album for a relationship break up.
