I'm going to turn it back into an alcohol appreciation thread. The longest I gave up drinking for was 6 days, don't worry yellowbeard, your hatred of alcohol will wear off. I'm writing this at 9:15 on Friday night, it probably already has!

that said, i'm going to have to be good and keep the drinking limited on sat nite because i'm doing sydney to the gong, and 88km on the bike with a hangover sounds like, well, hell really...
