I dont know about you guys, but I dont plan to wait until the preseason tournament to get another taste of Marinators action. If anyone else is keen, I wouldn't mind getting down to the leaguesy with a few of you boys to watch one of these:
This Sat 21st May FA Cup Final Arsenal v Man U
Next Wed 25th May Champions League Final Liverpool v AC Milan
Also, after meeting a few of the Bling boys in the leaguesy after the match, there were thoughts that we could go down to their den one night to watch them in Tahiti if it gets televised at all.
I think it runs May 30 - June 10

What channel is fa cup on?
Charles, can the leagsy put it on a tele in the sports bar for us late at night? More importantly will you join us for a beer so the rest of the guys can get to know you? ;D

And I agree, I would love to have a proper chat with charles and have a beer with him. I always see him running here or there, so I never try to disturb him from his busy work. |

I was fortunate to have a very quick chat with Charles on Sunday, just goes to show how good he is at his job, he was 'inundated'on sunday, not just with our thing but several other big functions, but he still had time to come and say hello to me and made sure we all had everything we needed!

If something is arranged I might go to the FA Cup... but really I hate both teams, I just hope there is some huge disaster and both teams and management die thus destroying Man U & Arsenal forever.

Well there hasn't been a whole heap of interest for the FA cup final so it's not worth trying to organise anything with the leaguesy or whatever, those who are keen just show up and find where the match is being shown.
It kicks off around midnight on Saturday. They have TV's everywhere so those who aren't familiar with the layout of the leaguesy just keep wandering! I'll probably be there from earlier on in the night and will be in my yellow Leeds shirt or my National Team shirt or something like that and I'll be with a guy in a Toon shirt. Hope to see some of you there.
Oh and i think champs league final is on at 4am thursday morning so they wont be open.

I think the telecast on sbs starts at 10.30 pm. Usually there is 30mins or so of pre match chat.

Yeah you are right, although foxtel doesn't have kickoff til 11:55  Either way it's not like we wont be showing up until that late so it shouldn't matter, I know I'll be upstairs playing snooker from earlier on. |
