Ok, so who is keen for a run ( on what will probably be Sat 16th July?) in the Marinators team?
I think what we are looking at is a squad of around 20, using unlimited interchange so everyone gets a bit of time on the park (so we can maybe look at a larger squad?)
I don't think we are looking necessarily for 1st graders here, but rather guys who don't get 'fired up' when they get tackled!
The last thing we want is any kind of aggro with the press and media looking on (especially if CCM get involved)
(I reserve the right to have at least 5 mins out there!)
Lets try to keep this thread just on 'players availability' ....if you want to 'chat' about the game or the organisation details, go to the 'Charity Shield Match' thread. Ta!

I'm shit and I'm sure there's 20 others 10 times better than me from various clubs on the coast! But if numbers are needed I'll play anywhere!

But if numbers are needed I'll play anywhere! im sure we wont need numbers. but what we need less is skilled players! thats why im in the team! if you play anywhere just see where we need some more numbers on the day, but dont be afraid to book yourself a spot. |

maybe people could give an indication as to how long they think they could play for, so we know whether we want to shorten the match a bit or keep in 90 minutes.

Attacking Mid - anywhere
It'll be the day after I get back from a week camp so I may be a bit buggered.
I could play mid or striker but not defence my tackling is bad and I don't want to fire anyone up.
I have plenty of stamina so I could even be a utility interchange (could play 120, but that won't be a need).

If that's the case I would say just go the 45, if we have unlimited subs then it will be fine for most people
