Greetings Marinators from sunny Sydney, You should like this one. 12 midnight last Friday night, I'm on duty at Uni, getting patrons on the free bus after a big night at our Kuring-gai campus. Three drunks, one with a vaguely familiar blue cape, walk up to me next to one of the buses. The shortest of the three, in a yellow shirt, says "You're a f$%en Marinator". My immediate reaction was "Oh, s^&t, I'm being followed", but then the little one said "I'm Nedstaaa". Then I recognised the idiot in the Bling FC cape (remember him from our game against the Blingers??). Nedstaaa is now to be called Cadbury, because he can only handle a glass and a half!!! They actually like the Marinators!! I was pleasantly surprised. These three were GOOOOOOOOONE, and stumbled onto the bus making rude remarks about what Bling FC will do to us in the A-League!! Yeah, right!!! PS: I was in the last bus, behind the Bling FC tools. Imagine my surprise when three young men were ejected from the bus in front for being idiots. Guess who? The Blingers!!! JUSTICE. Roseville is a lonely cold joint at 12.15am on a Saturday morning, let me tell you. Cheerio, bring on the A-League, this forum continues its excellence. Marinator Mum, you are still my unrequited love!!!  |

hahahahahahaha I was extremely wasted, close to blind drunk actually, but thats what 8 beers and 8 Vodka Red bulls (they were $2.30!!  !!) in 4 hours do to ya..hahaha Fukin awesome party though...the quality of females at my uni is abso-fukin-lutely amazing! I wasnt kicked off the bus, I got off to catch a cab to some pub in Cremorne. Seedy hole called Minskies...and believe it or not i some how got into the joint untill i was kicked out for what i was wearing (note: not for being drunk!). It was a rubix at cube party so i was wearing green pyjama pants with red footy socks pulled up over them, a yellow polo shirt with a bright orange bonds chesty over the top, a blue tie and a white headband...  Thing was my my mate got kicked out with me, but the others didnt realise and stayed inside so we stood outside giving security sh1t untill our mates stumbled out of the place at 3.30 (we got there at 1!!)...i was almost sobre by then after standing out in the cold for 2.5 hours!! Universtity: GOOD TIMES!!! P.S. Guess who scored another sign??? |

p.s. Fuk i wish i was a cadbury...so much cheaper!! I used to be, but after working in an Italian bar for 2 months this summer (note: the boss preety much MAKES you get trashed whilst working in italy) my tolerance is shockingly high...it sucks!!

you spent $230 on 16 drinks which equates to over $14 per drink!!!!!

It was awesome, we got their at 8pm for half an hour of happy hour, bought four rounds (you were only allowed 2 drinks per person per round)! And onyl cost us like $18 each...but then came the beer, and the cab rides...a lot more expensive than it should have been by the time i got thome!

Yes, during Happy Hour at Kuring-gai major events (7.30-8.30), Vodka & Red Bull is $2.30 each.
As I don't drink Vodka OR Red Bull, I don't know if this good value or not.
The next Kuring-gai Party is on Friday, August 12. The theme is Rodeo, pre-sold tickets are $2.00, which gets you free food, a free drink and partying from 7-midnight. Free buses to the city at the conclusion of the night.
If anyone is interested in attending this function, which is two weeks before our date with destiny at Members Equity Stadium, please reply on the forum. Seeing Kuring-gai in a sea of yellow would be BRILLIANT!
Nedstaaa, why would you get off at Roseville for a pub in Cremorne when the FREE bus stopped at North Sydney?? It was great to see you blokes have a good time, see you on August 12.
Cadbury WILL get a mention at the SFS in September when we kick Bling FC's butt; we owe you after the WCC at our place.

Sh1t theme if you ask me, Rubix cube was much better...i'll stil be there though Probably because i was p1ssed out of my brain and didnt have a clue where the bus was going...LOL Or maybe i did get kicked off...hmmm...no idea. Mick..note that they are in small plastic cups. The amount of vodka is obviously still the same but the amount of Red Bull isnt the same as a usual Vodka Red bull in a bar.

I'm a non-drinker so I usually have incredibly cheap nights out - last time I went out I didn't pay a cent.
Have a marinators theme night nedstaa/cadbury would love it! And a yellow shirt? Hmm the Blingers should hear about this!
