Don't know how we would go trying to get it 'shadowed in' behind the logo, as 1/ we would lose too much of the skull 2/ these things go on the vinyl banner by way of vinyl 'lettering' sort of thing. Have a look at this (very) rough draft...  My thoughts are that now the logo is on black, it kinda makes the blue skull and text look odd? Should we have a black skull and text? Thoughts? |

Blue and black don't go too well but I like the idea of having blue in it given the fact that our shorts are blue.
Would it look better if the skull and bones was black and Sea of Yellow blue? It may still look a bit odd thou would need to see it.

after talking with lou and wt after the meeting we thought maybe the skull and crossbones can blended behind the logo lou, mr celery, wanna mock something up? Will give it a shot. |

The banner will be 2.4m x 1.8m, so that would fit in those dimensions nicely.
Just comparing the 2 fonts and celery's is easier to read. (especially from a distance..on a banner?)
and celery's font is the one being used in the new website so we would have that 'uniformity' ?
just my 2c.
It certainly has everything we all wanted though!
Would we have that as our logo now? (obviously without the yellow banner background, but just mick's 'black flag' with whats on it there)

I have no problem with the font that's there, the Bay 16 stuff is secondary really.

You're right, what about when we expand beyond bay16? Or on away games? Doesnt need to say bay 16. And sea of yellow was good on the other sign but squeezed onto the bottom of the flag doesnt look so great.

We don't want to be like the Blue Oyster boys who have a sign saying Bay 23 and sit in Bay 12 at Gosford, it's not neccesary, I like the idea.
