The official launch of "The Marinators" will be held 5:30pm Saturday 16 July at the Kendall Bar of the Central Coast Leagues Club.
The Marinators will be officially launched, the logo will be displayed, the website launched and there will be announcement of the patron.
There will be an unofficial kick around at 3:30pm Leagues Club Park.
The Sydney Cove Boys have been invited.

Yeah the time was brought up as an issue elsewhere, any reason it has to be as early as 5:30? Have you spoken to Charles?

Can't we put it back an hour mick? I would support later, as Ursus and LouMacari said. Does the club want it at that time? I suppose it is to fit in with the kick-around, but you have to get cleaned up for the club anyway, and eat. Perhaps meal at 6pm, Launch at 7:30pm? Drinks 'til? Of course we may have personal motives - Now that the game isn't on some of us have reverted to our other daytime commitments. I may have to drive from Wollongong.

I wouldn't mind having it later after a kickaround & meal, bring spare clothes.

Yeah the later time accomodates those that cant get there til then, and those that are there early such as myself I'm sure can find a productive way to fill in the time (cheers to beers!)

Any later then this and we can't use the Kendall Bar.
Now we're in a pickle

Now we're in a pickle MM, sorry mate it wasn't clear that was the case - if that's it then we just go with it! How long do we have the Kendall Bar for our function? What do we do after the launch is over? Have a meal together and move to another bar? Then others may be able to come later and still enjoy the night! BTW - any news on whether any from the club can come, esp. coach / players? (all unofficial of course!)

Agreed if that's the only available time then we'll have to run with it. Drinks after sounds like a good idea so others can join in.

How many people can make it for 5.30?
I'll be there probably with my wife, looks like Omni is in, Mick, Lou and WT I'm sure, so that's 6. Have not spoken to Froggy but I'm sure he will be there.
Who else can make 5.30? What numbers would be a good turn out? Obviously we need way more than what's mentioned above.
