Running sheet
- Two minute video from Steve
- Welcome and introduction by Jeff Hall. Thanking those that are here and putting in apologies for Lawrie and boys, Lyall Gorman and John McKay
- Acknowledgement of sponsors (Jeff Hall). Invite Shaman Singh or Michael Norman from Raine and Horne Gosford to say a few words
- Shaman Singh or Michael Norman
- Plans for the coming season, banners, where we are, pre and post get together, bank account and show the logo (Brett Taylor)
- Launch the Marinators website (Steve Bradbury)
- Announce Marinators patron (Michael Kmet). Invite Don Parkes on stage and give him a Marinators shirt.
- Some words from Don.
- Final farewell (Jeff Hall). Invite people to stay around for drinks, let them know about shirts.
Steve, can you put the logo on your computer and a photo of Don (see PM) in the order of the running sheet.
Steve, can print a couple of running sheets (not near printer).
Jeff, OK with your role?
Brett, OK with yours?

I think the video should be shown to introduce the website, as it only covers the website.
If you like, I can create an opening 30 second video of some sort for the start.
I think Adz would be best to launch the website, as he has put the bulk of the design and all of the infrastructure togther. However, if he is the shy type, I'm happy to step up.
Send me the running sheet and I'll print. I've printed your Don Parkes Intro already.
As we probably won't have internet access on the night. I can recreate a walkthrough of the site in Dreamweaver, and have it on the laptop. Let me know if this is needed.
Was there a PowerPoint involved?

adz said he won't speak because he has a cold and his voice is rough - maybe he can do computer duty while you speak
if it is not too late notice an intro video would be great

I'm happy to work with WT on this. He put up his hand for some of the roles I am listed for so we'll work it out together (we are getting there early)

Steve, can you put the logo on your computer? Mick, can you send me the best version of the logo? There have been so many versions I'm not sure what's what anymore. I assume it is the one above the 'Donate' button on the website, but I'll need a bigger version. |
