Flying isn't lardi dar anymore, Omni, especially not on Jetsar or Virgin.
I think I have my son on the Roar weekend, but if not, I'd be happy to drive to either BrisVegas or Melbourne. I'm not a big drinker, and I actually like driving, so I'm happy to drive a 12 seater.
July 23 is only 20 days away, Marinators, bring it on!!!

Agreed Auburn, but you can't deny it's still a bit more up market than driving with Marinators

Hmm there's a challenge maybe for the 2010 season I could run to all The Mariners matches and do it for charity or something. (hmm New Zealand & Perth would be pretty difficult) It's definatley something I'd have to build up for and it probably wouldn't happen! I could do about 150k in 24 hours maybe (not that I've ever attemped anything more than a half marathon) so how long would that take. You'd hate to be the bastard standing next to me, they'd have to have good showers around

I just pulled the pin on a 10k run because of dizzy spells (ugh - I shouldn't have run that extra hill so hard) at 2k in 11:29

I did the same drive to schoolies last year so I know where everything is, seedy biker bars, petrol stations, a tree that looks like a 50 foot dildo (aptly named dildo tree) I could be the tour guide.
