Im a Central Coast boy whos just moved to and living in Perth and have a couple of questions to ask. Will the Marinators have a travelling crew for away games? And as the Mariners are over here for the first game, does anyone know how i can get a supporters strip to wear to the first game as i know your Marinators strip was only a run of 200? ..Will there be Jerseys for sale before the A-League starts??

Hi Wayno It would be great to have a mariners presence in Perth. Given the costs I don't think there will be any Marinators going. With the strip I suggest you get on the Mariners website (www.ccmariners.com.au) and email them saying you want to buy a strip. They will be able to process it and send you one. This would be heaps cheaper then buying it at Rebel sport.

Wayno, if you want a 'Marinators' shirt, perhaps if you 'donate' $40 to the marinator fund www.marinators.net and when asked for a description of the deposit, type 'wayno marinator shirt', I'm sure we could post you one over! No problems at all!

Find a message posted anywhere on this forum by a guy called 'Fish'....click on his name and it will give you the option to 'send a private message' ...Send it to him ( he is now the official 'keeper of the shirts' ...and banners too!)

Wayno, Im a Glory supporter...you probably will be the only away fan in the ground...but everyone will attract to you like flies...buy a flag and run around the stadium...thats what most fans normally did when they came to MES.
Will make sure the boys give the chant "On your own, On your own, On your own"
hehehe, nah its great to see we have at least one away supporter for first game...look to pre-book your ticket...will be a sell out for the first game of the year and it is a Friday Night, so its guaranteed of selling out...don't worry there will be no away fans allocation as we have never had trouble and the amount that come over normally amount to 0-10
Good to see we have an away supporter...and Wayno, come to all of Glory matches even when the Mariners aren't playing...the atmosphere will be more then worth it.
Did you go to any of the CC Mariners games in Gosford?
Like I suggested in the PM either get a sports store to order a shirt in...or buy gear off the website as marinermick suggested.

Hey Egan, thanks for the heads up on tickets..ive been thinking of getting a season pass which might be the go. I will go to Rebel tom and sort this strip out,but by the sounds of things it will be very daunting at the first game!!!...ill have to find another coastie to walk in with i think!!!.. i haven't seen any games in Gosford as ive been in Perth since Feb,i go back in Oct and miss one by 1 day,nightmare...Next year maybe... thanks for your help mate and you will no doubt see me trying to "mingle" at MES for the first game

www.ticketmaster7.com is the place to get your individual Glory tickets...or just contact the club to get season tickets. The Glory fans are good blokes...going by yourself will be ok mate...nothing will happen...you will just get a lot of stares...an away supporter - Members Equity Stadium don't go together...so it will be unusual for most of the supporters. Best of Luck mate, you have the distinctive honour of seeing CC Mariners first ever match, unlike those who live in Gosford...so it means you are classified as just as much a diehard as those attending Gosford every week. Get a season ticket mate...the joys of a Glory match can be appreciated even by the nuetral supporter...or if Glory becomes your second team

Yeah wayno we wont mind back over here if you sit in with the likes of egan for the season, perth is one team we have some time for. Just as long as once every game you sing a mariners song in the middle of the shed!
