Hey guys ive been scouting out prices for flights and stuff and i can get to sydney for $138 in november and I could come to the Sydney game thats at home. Do you recon it would be worth coming to? is there anywhere in gosford that you can get cheap accomodation?
Ultimately, would it be worth doing?
Regards, duffy

Doh the only time I can come is between November 8th(exams) and December 3rd(brothers Wedding...best man). Any big games happening then worth coming to? Do you recon many people will travel from Brissy to the Roar game(25th)?

any mariners home game will be big, just get to whatever you can!
there is a new motel starting up here who i believe are throwing some dollars into the mariners, i will therefore be recommending them to everyone! the formula 1 it's called. it's about 4-5 minutes walk from the stadium too! no idea on prices etc for you though yet sorry.

The 25th game might be a go-er then...I would have gone to melbourne for the other game that month, but it seems no-one will be going down for it. Its only like $100 return.

hahaha, sounds fair.
well, this is the only game I'm looking likely to attend, and even then, tentitavely. It should be alright though if I get tickets early.
And formula 1 is the place to be at? hmm... im not at all aware of what Gosford is like, but I know I have relatives in Gosford...is it a big place?

Gosford itself isnt big at all. Central Coast is bigger, so just make sure they live actually IN gosford, as the two names are sometimes interchangeable.

Jake
I've now got Hobart arranged (not the northern bit yet). Place we are staying in doesn't have cable TV (just like home). You reckon it would be on in a pub or something or would people down there be watching something else anyway? It's Adelaide (A) and Victory (H) while we're there.
