She wasn't saying the place was sold out but the ticket sales are good for this early in the week. I was probably quick to jump on it as good news. Wishful thinking.

yeah i know what you mean. but the ticket sales are not reallly that good. you can still get the half way line. that suggests that not even one bay is full on the sideline

Managed to suss out why its difficult for Ticketek terminal staff to know / guess the crowd.
- They don't have access to a total number of tickets sold (obviously higher level management would have that info).
- They can see a list of how many are left per Bay (but not the starting number in the Bay, typically about 400 for 53 Bays)
- They can see occupied and vacant actual seats for only part of a Bay at a time
So (if you know your Bays and ask the right questions - buying a ticket of course) it's possible to get an idea.
Currently:
- There are a few Bays almost sold out but there are more bays completely unsold
- Most of the partly sold Bays are less than half sold
My fuzzy logic sum is about 6000 - 7000 now, but I don't know how this compares to 5 days before other games or what the walk -up was.
