Right, since omni the joke entry got so many votes in the other poll, we'll have this final round to make a proper decision! Also, we've now discovered that his name is Erbee NOT Herbie, so that might affect votes.
Reasons for each:
Helen - Helen of Troy is very naval related, the name had alliteration with Herbie, but of course that is changed now!
Ellen - Derived from the popularity of Helen, but maintains the alliteration with the new name Erbee.
Sandy - Last name 'Shore'. suits the central coast, but also kind of sounds like a porn star.
Dotty - Comes from 'Dot-shot' as in a penalty. With our shoot-out win against newcastle in our first ever competitive match voted the most memorable match on the mariners website, this one could be hauntingly appropriate?
Hymen - A new entry deemed worthy of the final cut. Hymen was the Goddess of marriage or something, but basically its a funny name and I can see the marinators holding her aloft and singing "We love you Hymen we do".

It's got to be Hymen in my opinion. It is a good epithet and bloody funny.

I voted for Hymen. Best of an average list.
Cant believe omni was removed. Gutted.
It would have been perfect. Omni isnt in the bay with us during the matches but the life-like 'omni doll' would have been there with his marinator brothers.
Sorry Omni, i tried my best and voted for you mate. Alas it wasnt to be.
I guess the doll wont get such a kickin if its called 'Hymen'

heheh!! No Offense matey  Hymen is far and away the best one on the list tho!! I feel another marinator's legend in the making! Hey, just had a flash of inspiration (okay...dull glow) Maybe we should just call it , sorry HER, LOU. As in Louise (boring) , and LOU Macari (legend). Ok, i will crawl back from whence i came  . need input first.... i'm thinking yellow and blue with more blue... because from what i saw of Erbie at Starbucks as he shared une cafe avec M. Leo et M. Sonic, he has a limited wardrobe in Mariner colours... in yellow.....
contrasts with the Marinator shirts too.
