It's only a few weeks away but it's time to start organising a bus to Newcastle for the Round 12 clash on 12th November!

Who wants to travel to EAS on this bus?

Well 55 lucky people can ;D

I have been in contact with the club regarding booking travel up to EAS for this game and I'm happy to announce we have a special deal for fans wishing to attend the fixture!

The deal will include travel there and back in the Mariners bus, plus a ticket to the game!

How much I hear you ask?

Only $20

We are restricted to 55 seats as I mentioned and it will be treated as a first come first served basis. If you want a seat on the bus you must PM me your name and telephone number, feel free to talk about it on this thread but if you say you want a seat on it and don't PM me I will not note your request. The only reason I am doing this is because it will be easier to manage and organise, plus I only want 100% definites due to seats being restricted.

At a later date I will arrange a time where I will be needing to collect money so I can give this to the club before the game, so please keep your eyes peeled for that information.

The bus will depart the CCLC at approx 2:30pm which will get us there in plenty of time. It will then leave EAS approx 30 mins after the final whistle.

At this stage there will be no drinking alcohol on the bus, but once we speak to the driver he may allow 1 or 2 drinks, so please assume that this will be a no drinking bus. There is no toilet on the bus either remember and we don't want to be stopping every 5 minutes!

A big thank you to the club for helping us organise this, I can't wait to see the scummers faces when we rock up in our bus ;D

GREAT WORK DJ!

I can't wait to see their faces when we file out of the bus in front of the stadium in our war paint. 3 points here we come. This is almost as good as our win in Adelaide for the Grandfinal.

Thanks DJ for all your efforts. I love seeing that bus every day on the way to or from work.

It drove down south tacoma road and I told mariner dad that he should have stopped the bus and taken a photo. You may think this is not possible however, the bus driver did stop at the house one day to talk boats. So anything is possible.

4-0 to the mariners, 4-0 to the mariners,......

Only if we play them in the finals this season in which case we would have no problem. We have had our Sydney away trip for this year.

OK - I'm sorry for the delay in responding to a lot of you but demand for this bus has been hot, so I've had to make a few adjustments to please as many people as I can.

The Mariners bus filled very quickly and we have had to book a second bus, meaning some of you won't be able to travel on the yellow 1! I have simply treated it as a first come first served basis for who gets on it and who doesn't.

I originally communicated that the cost was $20, but due to demand and the booking of the second bus, to reduce the cost for as many Marinators as possible we have had to change this a little. It will now cost $25 per person no matter what bus you are on. I think this is still fantastic value and is the fairest way to make sure we get as many people to EAS as possible.

$25 there and back plus a ticket to the match! Not bad really

If anyone has any problems with this and wishes for me to remove their name from a bus please let me know! Everyone who has PM'd me so far is on 1 of these buses!

The yellow bus holds 55 and the other coach holds 52, and we have 22 seats left! 85 confirmed Mariners fans already on their way, great effort so far! Please let friends and family know that there are seats left but are selling quick.

In terms of payment, I will post a date, time and meeting place on here soon so keep your eyes peeled.
