Morning all from a drenched Fortress Broadway,

Marinators Golf Day II is BOOKED!

Date - Sunday November 26 2006
Venue - Toukley Golf Course
First tee off time - 7.15am (finish 11.30am-noon)
Cost - $30.00pp

1. $30.00 will include the 18 holes plus a $5.00 meal voucher. Please make your own arrangements if you want a cart. Take the tip, get in early and book.

2. The game format for the day will be identical to Golf Day I in June, i.e., playing in groups of 4, playing scramble (best ball) and you must use at least 4 tee shots from each player. I am hoping to arrange the inaugural NAGA Cup for the winners of the day.

BTW, the first person to guess what NAGA stands for wins a schooner of a CUB product, Tooheys being the totally inferior muck that it is.

3. I would like nominations for groups of four please, via this thread. Teams are to be given names, as can be seen below.

The first nomination is Team Uni, consisting of the wily fox Ursus, commentator extraordinaire MarinerMick, special guest Chelsea Mick (father of the mysterious Teriyaki) and resident hack Auburn.

You are FREE to set up teams as you wish, but please remember we have room for only 16 people at this time. If you do not have a team of four, please nominate yourself on this thread. Exact numbers are crucial, please.

4. Money. I have paid the $80.00 deposit this morning. When people arrive at the Course, we will collect the money and ensure our remaining $320.00 is paid to the Pro Shop.

Please PM me if you have any queries. I am setting an initial deadline of 5.00pm, THIS FRIDAY, November 10 2006 for nominations.

We have dwindling numbers, with MarinerMick lame and DJ unlikely. Can I PLEASE anyone other than: Fish, Ursus, Perm, Chelsea Mick, Auburn, Douges, Tiger & Bear to confirm their attendance at the Golf Day by 9pm tonight?
