Big thanks to the little man with the big heart.
And what a big heart he has, showed it week after week when he played. What a motor, turbo'd 4 cylinder pocket rocket.
Ran in to him many a time around the coast, grocery shopping with the Mrs and he always had time for a quick G'day.
Many might not know that he gave up his own personal time 2 nites a week and Saturday's when they didn't have Mariner games/commitments to coach the Central Coast Lightning U18's last year in combination with Hutcho.Sully asked me if i could help him and Hutch with GFinal tickets for their U18's from our Marinators allocation and we gladly helped them out with tickets for the whole team so they could watch their coaches play in the inaugural HAL Grand Final.
He's done a lot both on and off the pitch as a Mariner.
Mate I will really miss watching you 'go marching down the wing, Wayno - Wayno'. I wish you played in this position more often towards the end of our season.
No matter if you go to another club mate, will always cheer you on 'Wayno-Wayno'. Best of Luck

Thanks for everything Wayne. I wish we were holding onto you, but I'm sure you'll be a success wherever you end up.
Unlike one of the other posters on this thread, I can't make any offer to marry you, but I can wish you all the best!

Thankyou Sully, for the utter brilliance you brought to our games. The Mariners will never be the same without you.
You always gave it your all at every game, no matter what. Your absence will be greatly felt at the stadium by all, no one will be able to fill the gap that you have left in the team.
I wish you the best of luck for the future, and hope that you will come and visit us at the stadium for a few home games next season, it would be just fantastic.
My Mother (yeah, that woman from the PMF) also wanted me to add 'WHAT WHERE THEY THINKING?'
You are truly one of the best, and the best are not easily forgotten. [c]'Sully Sully Super Super Sully He's got no hair But we don't care Super Super Sully!'[/c]
