not on TV thou really? personally when it's hot I don't put mine round my neck. Everyone will see Yellow Army and not much else. Designs are fantastic thou - thanks for all your efforts scott Hang it over your belt, or tie around your waste ladies. I second .... fantastic work! there are so many different ways of wearing a scarf - that's what makes them a brilliant supporter accessory

I think the smaller marinator pennant looks much better now. Agree with the full stops being removed. Very nice work NS...now, if we could just go back and see the first one you designed, just to make sure.....LOL

Just an idea here.
As we might go into next season with scarves, t shirts etc how feasible is it to set up an online store via marinators.net??

I think that Marinators.net is getting a 'face lift' in this off season, so Adz may want to start a thread on any new ideas for the site (Adz? ) or he may already have something in mind so I won't start a new thread on that until we hear from Adz.

Not a problem setting this up on marinators.net but some things to think about running it.. * Does it take online payments? Something like Paypal? * Or do you place an order and pay at the Kendall bar? * If it is online payments do they get delivered, or is it pickup only? * If it is delivery who is the poor bastard who has to process, package and send the orders? (assuming we get flooded with requests ) * Will the club kick up about it? * Will the FFA kick up about it? * Who can I invoice for this? Thats all I can think of for now.

3's the best imo, it breaks up the colours better without the marinators flag on the ends. As for the otherside, those flags would look better with the colours reversed so that it's a blue flag on the yellow background on either end of the word MARINATORS instead of skull'n'bones again. This way the flag could be blown up a bit more in size, as there will be more space, the MARINATORS is slightly shorter in letter length w/ spaces than YELLOW ARMY. Top Shelf, NS.

Set up an ebay store. Club may feel that we are taking merch money off them and it is something that should be considered.
As for stopping it?? As long as nothing is sold or promoted at games and no official logos appear they can do nothing

Set up an ebay store. Club may feel that we are taking merch money off them and it is something that should be considered. As for stopping it?? As long as nothing is sold or promoted at games and no official logos appear they can do nothing The club have no problem with us designing and selling scarves within the supporters group. When I spoke to them I advised we were looking at anything up to 200 scarves probably, plus they asked if they could see the final design. IMO we shouldn't sell them online, lets keep it simple and if someone wants 1 see us in the Kendall or in the ground. A lot of people just emailed or PM'd me for the shirts which worked ok. Looking at the poll and conversation on here (assuming no trolls have voted) it looks like design 2 has it.

ANY out of towners or in your case foriegnmarinator, 'international' supporters will be able to order one by depositing into the marinators fund with enough to cover scarf and postage. One of us would be more than happy to do it for you with the organisation/confirmation of funds etc done via email or PM.
