We will be showing the away game on the 6th September in the 'All Stars' on the movie screen. We will also show it in the front lounge area of the Club for any one with kids. The Kendall will not be open. The Sunday game on the 16th September will be a Marinators function and will be in the Kendall. We will be showing it on the big screen thanks to the donation of a data projector from the Marinators . It looks amazing. You have to see it to believe it guys. Those that have give your feed back 'NOW' This will be open to underage accompanied by parental age adult. The space will be limited to safety requirements of entry. We will also be showing the game in the front lounge area of the Club. The Kendall will be open 1hour before match start. You will be allowed to bring food into the areas. As usual RSA applies, please remember there will be children in the Kendall, so do not let your excitement expand your English vocabulary into the blue side of support . The Marinators will now take over this blog, but feel free to ask me any question you want. Thank you Charles CCLC

Unlike The Simpson's, "Moe's Bar: Home of the world's smallest large screen TV!"...........The Kendall "IS" the home of the largest screen TV for a supporters club bar!, all thanks to Charles & the CCLC in conjunction with the CCLC Marinators Club.
The CCLC will also pay for the replacement of the projector bulbs which go for about $200-400 bucks a pop as they wear out over time. This won't happen nearly as often as a projector used in someones home would as Charles has assured us that the projector will only ever be used to show Mariner's away games (maybe the odd Socceroo's game, EPL final etc) and not used by other groups or circumstances within the CCLC.

Charles, the feeback I recieved was that the screen was crystal clear and can't wait to come in and watch a game to soak up the atmosphere. How proud I was to see the screen 'quietly' , remotely and teasingly slow, ooze from the ceiling! Absolute rip snorta matey!

My own introduction to the big screen will have to wait a bit longer as I will be lapping up the sunshine by the pool in Cairns.
Darn it all.
I'll certainly see if the game is on in one of the jumping nightspots I will no doubt end up in - just hope I can see the TV through the throngs of semi-clad female backpackers all desperate for my attention.
