It's been an awesome time on Sydney recently, with the great crowds and 30K+ tonight. But I really hope you guys beat AU because playing them for a 4th time in such a short period would suck. Also it won’t draw as larger crowd as possible. So please beat those hacking c**ts, and then we can have one great grand final in Aussie Stadium. Cheers (Crosses fingers for the Masturbators errr marinators.. )

easy - jack up the roof of telstra stadium, run the 2nd tier and the lowest 15 or so rows of the 3rd all the way around and then you'll have a massive ground. then, take out the seats at the northern and southern ends or turn them into that german style convertible terracing. you'd squeeze a good 120,000 or so in, which would be more than sufficient.

Or you could do the simpler thing of putting it back to the way it was for the olympics. Dunno if I'm keen for it becoming a terraced stadium, that can create problems with the numbers were talking about here. If you put it back to Olympics style you'd fit that many in an all-seater anyway.

i only suggested it for the northern and southern ends. plus the olympic setup was fugly, the end stands were miles from the action and exposed to the elements. additionally, it wouldn't have the acoustics that we all experienced on nov. 16 with the sound of the crowd reverberating through the ground because it'd just fade off into the open air.

Terrace is concrete steps instead of seats, where spectators pack in, stand and watch the match. They used to have them all over Europe, and have them at a few grounds in Australia (Olympic Park in Melbourne for one). Most terraces in Europe, especially at bigger grounds, have now gone, and FIFA and UEFA (not sure about AFF) games have to be played at all-seated grounds. A lot of supporters want terraces restored at grounds (there are organised campaigns in England), as they say there was a better atmosphere at grounds. Question for anybody with contacts in the club: any chance of having the seats ripped off Bay 16 (and maybe 15 and 17 as well)? Its treated like a terrace as it is

not in a million!
we're not the only ones that use the stadium and oh I almost forgot, it's owned by the 'whole' of the Central Coast's community (not Singo/Advertising) because they paid for it!
