...what it feels like to lose? I honestly dont, and it's scary in a good way.
I think the players feel the same way, which is why we just keep going and going. What's good too is that we've had everything from flogging teams (4-1 NYE) to away 1-0 results so we can win whatever the type of match.
This unbeaten run, whether 12 or 13 games, may well last a few years as the A-League record. If you'd asked me after we lost to Adelaide if I thought we would go unbeaten into the GF from there I would have ate my hat. I thought our season was over.

[dibo drifts off, ideas racing through his normally pedestrian mind] that's a top song to sing to the cove: You've lost that loving feeling Whoooah that loving feeling You've lost that loving feeling Now you're gone, gone, gone whooooaaaaa!!!!! and after the game: You've lost that drunken feeling Whoooah that drunken feeling You've lost that drunken feeling Now you're gone, gone, gone whooooaaaaa!!!!!

Losing that day was fair enough, we didnt play well. What shat me off was the disallowed goal that Hutcho scored.
Another in a long line of terrible decisions that plague the comp

I don't remember, cause I haven't seen the Mariners lose (that's what comes from being a noobie bandwagoner ). No, really, got back from overseas just after new year (NZ game first I saw). Was following the lads from afar, never expected to come back to an undefeated run up to the grand final.

I remember the feeling very well - don't be too confident Tiger!
Adeladie was a bitch of a game, NZ was shocking (their only win), yes we are on a great run and we have a great chance to continue that but finals football can do anything. If Sydney need a goal in the last 10 our boys will be so in the line of fire keeping them out will be the hardest job all season!

yeh adelaide was the worst game of the season i reckon. I just thought we had them the whole game. I thought it was goning to make a turn for the worst after that game. Lucky for us it went the other way

Lucky for us it went the other way Losing to syndey 5-1 was the worst by far i got the train home (all the way to the city) that night, and it was chockers with sky-blues singing, banging on windows, jumping up and down, and there was an SBS reporter on there getting interviews with all the happy f***ers and i was just sitting there, sullen and heartsore, trying to read 4-4-2 and block it all out...
