It's official.
That's what we will be calling it for the next three years.

Should at least keep Jubal from the Cove away from the Stadium. A few weeks ago he posted a freaked out message on the Sydney forum with a photo of a blue tongue lizard and said "There's a big farken lizard in my yard. Does anyone know what it is?" Ah, urban folks. Freak out when a harmless blue tongue enters the yard!

Call it what you like...! For sheer value-for-money, Mariner beer is still one of my favourites. Now why don't Amsterdam breweries sponsor the stadium?

I used to wrestle blue tongues twice my size when i was 3 and i was dropped over the back fence to fetch the '6-and-out' tennis balls during back yard cricket.

Its good except for the fact that the beer is brewed in newcastle, leaving us wide open for sledging when scumcastle come and play at "their" ground.

Actually it's brewed near Cessnock in the Hunter Valley isn't it? If they were the Hunter Jets then they might have some bragging rights. But as Mr Celery says "I am from Lake Macquarie and I don't have an obligation to follow Newcastle."

Surely singo had a more nautical company?
I'd be interested to see if they do sell the beer at the stadium I don't think they will but time will tell.

They need and will take any opportunity they can to try and mock us. A lot of my work contacts are in Newcaslte and brag about having "their own beer" all the time.

That'd mean the Newcastle fans would have to actually show up (for a game that isn't a semi)

All you Marinators and players could suck on blue ice blocks or drink blue Curacao (spelling?), hence leaving you with blue tongues. It could be a good promotion for Blue Tongue Brewries.
BTW we will be working on a Blue Tongue Chant...lol.
I might add I hate it when stadiums such as Lang Pk become Suncorp or SFC become Aussie.
Could you imagine them changing the stadiums names OS?
Old Trafford - Vodafone Stadium Arsenal - 02 Stadium
