CENTRAL COAST MARINERS FOOTBALL CLUB MEDIA ALERT MONDAY, 1 MAY 2006 MARINERS TO ANNOUNCE FIRST SET OF PLAYER RETENTIONS
Fresh from the release of the 2006/07 Hyundai A-League draw, the Central Coast Mariners are set to announce their first set of player retentions for their fast approaching second campaign.
Football Manager Lawrie McKinna will be joined at the Mariners’ Mingara Recreation Club training base by three players, who have recently penned extensions to their one-year deals.
EVENT DETAILS
Who Central Coast Mariners Football Manager Lawrie McKinna & three re-signed players. When Tuesday, 2 May 2006, 12.30pm. Where Mingara Recreation Club main foyer, Mingara Drive, Tumbi Umbi.

I heard that Petrie had discussions with Sydney FC and Roar about a possible move. He knocked back Roar. I guess a move to Sydney FC would suit him as he still lives down here.

The Herald has the info online as well. Very happy for all the boys, especially Kwassy, after talking to him after the GF.
Let's hope Boogs is fully fit and can show us he can really play. Does this mean our back four will come from Wilko, Clarky, Stringers, Boogs and Ossie, with Spenny assisting at the back of the diamond?

Yes Auburn, it has been documented in the press that O'Grady will be treated as a straight swap for Megzzi, not sure if a current player will slot into left back or if Lawrie will be finding a replacement for Heff!
