Socceroos to face Nigeria By staff writers October 11, 2007 THE Socceroos are set to play a friendly international with Nigeria in London next month.
The Nigerian Football Association has announced the African nation will play Australia on November 17 as part of its preparations for next year's African Nations Cup in Ghana.
Nigeria have already qualified for the finals after finishing top of their group.
Inured Socceroos Harry Kewell and Tim Cahill, who are slated to return to club football for the Merseyside derby a week on Saturday, could both return to the national side for the match.
