Wonderful to see Harpers post match wrap. He was almost in tears and has finally his latest excuse and actaully got hammered by Slater :-)
He said that in 3 seasons, 3 coaches have tried to get good football out of pretty much the same squad. Therefore its not Branko its the players. Slater points out that 5 players Branko signed were out there tonight.
Harper backtracks madly.
Loved it

Whoninho?? What a f*cking embarassment and a truly hilarious waste of money...... please continue to play as woefully bad as you have all season next week - we'll do them 5-0 at this rate.
Patrick - LOL!!!
Branko - LOLOLOLOLOL!!!!
LET'S ALL LAUGH AT SYDNEY, LET'S ALL LAUGH AT SYDNEY, LA LA LA LA LA LA HEY!!!!

"The shed have their "Tour of Duty" to the Melbourne match today. Look out Melbourne!", says a Glory fan.
Could be worth watching for the crowd alone.
I'm sure St Kilda isn't Terrigal and they'll be back.

Bring back Butcher lol Seriously thou, it's a derby next week and anything could happen........second half Sydney were very poor up front.......will Bridges make a difference? The Bridges of old yes (he wouldn't even be here if he was still that good), this Bridges who can't make a Hull City side? I'm not convinced. Good weekend for the Mariners thou, still tight up top but I'm very happy to have a 3 point lead still.........it's an exciting league this season thats for sure!

The Bridges who played for Carlisle and was chased by a host of Lge 2 clubs??
Melb looked shite against a v poor Perth side. Lumping it long for Topor Stanley to nod on for Harnwell is crap to watch and doesnt work.

Seriously thou, it's a derby next week and anything could happen Yeah yeah, I know that's always the case...... but something seems different with Sydney this time. They _genuinely_ seem hopeless and directionless, and quite frankly a YouTube signing (Patrick), a 30-something crock (Whoninho) and Crystal Knees Bridges, combined with that not-so-awe inspiring defence isn't really a team that's about to pull something out of the fire. Not to mention Branko and his master class in tactics. LOLZ ROFLCOPTER!!!! Last season when they were shit they still had a mongrel fight in them (as crap as Butcher was, he could fire them up), but Branko seems as threatening as..... well, I don't quite know what, and it was that mongrel fight that made me wary of them, no matter when we played them and how we and they were travelling at the time....... But this time, I'd be bitterly disappointed with anything _but_ the full 3 points, considering the potential that is waiting to explode from within our squad. Owens, Tommy P (even when he has a bad day he pulls out a pass here and there that change a game), Gumprecht (we all know he can do it), not to mention the lift that Sasho will get playing against Sydney again. And then there's the Aloisi factor. FIRE UP!!!!
