According to The World GameGood. I say now we can look for a coach who is willing to live in Australia, considering most of our world cup qualifiers will be contested by mostly Australian based players. My hope is the FFA go and make amends with Neeskens and lure him away from Barcelona, although word is the Barcelona coaching staff is one or two losses away from dismissal.

Worst Nightmare on Australian Footie Street with WCQ just weeks away and no coach.
Next person to mention GA (like Harry potter cannot say Valdmor name without invoking pain) should be banned from forum for at least four weeks.
BB you came with a big name on management I hope you have a plan "B" as this talk has been around for months.
Bye thr bye FFA we want Tobin back.

Mike Cockerill wrote during the week in the SMH that if his Russian team wins the league (which it did) Advocaat will be more interested in the Champions League than coaching Oz.

Good, he gets fired from Barca, then we pick Neeskens up. Perfect

Had started to have doubts the longer it went on without Advocaat signing.
I really hope the FFA have a plan B (and possibly a plan C too)....the team needs a bit of certainty and stability. Can't comment too much on Neeskens, as I don't know too much about his coaching history, apart from the fact that he's been an assistant at Barca.

Just a thought....off the top of my head....haven't thought this through completely, but...: -> Israel beat Russia 2-1 in Euro qualifying. -> England & Croatia would qualify unless the Croats win that final game. -> Russia would then lose out -> Russia MIGHT then look for a new coach..... -> Hiddink MAY then be looking for a new job.... ?
