We were toying with bay 116 - I may still go but geeze it's steep!
Mind you the Bledisloe Cup is $80 for the $65 tickets - if this is as big a deal as the Bledisloe it may be a fair deal.

Priceless is bloody right. I cant believe some of u people would even consider not going. It will be the single most importent moment in australian soccer history, and you cant fork out $65 for it??? Shame on u. Seriously, i barely have enough money after paying bills and rent to make it into work, but f*%c me dead if u think i wont be there. If your a fan of australian soccer and dont go to this game, sit back and ask yourself.........
Am I realy a fan???

Some of us have a mortgage, loans, bills, kids etc to consider, when you have a family to provide for one day you will understand that a $200 night on the piss is not possible! And it's a fan of Australian football not soccer, I have said many a time there is no S in FIFA! lol

The financial reality part, too true! But: ...I have said many a time there is no S in FIFA! Yes (and you have!) ... but the FFA, itself, still refers to our team competing in this match (and hopefully Germany) as the Qantas Socceroos and of course (as we all know) the word was historically an abreviation for 'association football' anyway. I've always wondered (while never arguing with the concept of what is 'real football') if this push to change, in this country, the name in common usage was like trying to push sh*t uphill with a piece of string for no obvious gain.
