What an adventure its been for the LouMacari family, there are some more pics for you to have a look at. Not very good ones I'm afraid as the camera isn't that good. The weather was really bad, raining most of the time and that made for a really slippery surface, which wasn't the best for skilled footy, but non the less, our boys did themselves proud. Crawley was getting some real shit from the northern end and handled it brilliantly. Typical supporters, some good some dickeads (i guess we have them too)but the highlight was definately at the end of the game.... Mariners were up the other end when the final whistle blew, they knew that we (all 6 of us) were the ONLY mariners supporters there (no kidding!) and they ALL walked the entire length of the pitch up to where we were, and applauded US! What a f***ing team! Awsome effort lads! photobucket.com/albums/b192/jakhall/hindmarsh1/photobucket.com/albums/b192/jakhall/hindmarsh2/

WT, made some noise where we could (just to get the reds going!) 'The gate' I thought did a good job. Lotsa noise...BEAUTIFUL FLAG! (where is ours?) and considering the weather, I thought they had a good turnout. Those 2 chicks were the promo girls for that big blow up soccer ball going around the ground.(matt and zac wanted me to photograph them....honest!) Clarkey had a head clash and was off for a while just before half time. Came back on and still had a blinder....fantastic defender! definately stopped at least 2 goals in the second half with one eye bandaged! DJ....understatement of the year champ!

Lou, I'm sorry i haven't met you but you did work with a good mate of mine who said you were cool.. so i'll take her word. ;D
Looks like you had a great day and I must say my respect for the Mariners only seems to be getting better and better. It's great to see a club who supports its fans.
How cute is Andy's head bandage? and Andre is such a character! GO THE MARINERS!

i reckon they're great... my ex played in the african cup down in sydney and drums were at so many games and bloody hell they sound amazing! do you have some? more importantly will security let them in.... and then not confiscate them during the game?

i have a few drums i could take, the smaller ones that are portable and make quite a sound. im not certain as to security and letting them in. i wouldnt put it past them if they took it off me. theyd do good with the songs, but just like the whistle that was there the other week, im concerned people wouldnt take onto it.
how about a trumpet?

Good performance Lou put in a real captains knock like back in the old days. Good to see the boys are putting in that effort for the fans - wherever they are. Hopefully a bigger crowd will join DUFFMAN at Suncorp Stadium
