Hi! I'm writing from Gdynia in Poland/Europe. I'm a fan of "Arka Gdynia" club and also a webmaster of our website -> www.arkowcy.pl . We are playing in polish 1st league. I'm writing articles about clubs from all around the world which have yellow/blue colours, exactly like your club And I need some help. I know club's history, but im looking for photos of fans, players, stadium. It would be very useful for me if someone of you could write a little bit about you- how many fans watch home and away matches, about Marinators, simply something about you what will read fans from Poland. Thanks a lot greetings, slav ps. sorry for mistakes, but I'm not as good as you in your language cheers!

Hi Slav - a bit cold over in Poland at the moment is it? Check out www.ccmariners.com.au thats the clubs official website, it will have player profiles and a picture of the stadium? Also have a look at www.marinators.net that's the fans web site and will have plenty of shots of fans on road trips and game day action. Hope that helps! (p.s. love your yellow and blue arka man)

Those viking hats are awesome...if someone suggested the idea to me for the marinators, i would probably laugh it off, but when something is done so wholely like that it will look good and have an impact, whatever the idea!

I gotta agree WT, anything done 'wholey' like that is gonna be awsome (see my thread 'yellow') Thats why I wanted the kitty to purchase a few hundred of the yellow wigs, but blue and yellow pirate hats may be the go...or even the viking hats? after all, it has a 'seafaring ' theme?

Slav - that huge shirt banner looks fantastic!
The hats are good too and yes they would look good for the Marinators, but we should try to get everyone to wear yellow t-shirts first!
The difference with football in europe is like it's a religon for a lot of people, over here it's something to do on a weekend. Thats why you see in those pictures everyone getting behind their team and dressed to the max, jumping up and down going nuts. Here you get a few people who are football mad and most just wanna sit down and be entertained. It's a completely different culture!
