Im not giving you guys the pleasure of a debate. But here is a bit about photograph copyright "When is copyright infringed? It is generally an infringement of copyright to deal with a photograph in any of the ways exclusively reserved to the copyright owner without the copyright owner’s permission, unless copyright has expired. Using part of a photograph in one of these ways may also infringe copyright, if that part is important or distinctive, even if it is a relatively small proportion of the photograph. Copyright may also be infringed by “authorising” infringement, by importing articles containing copyright material, and by selling infringing articles." ... "Copyright does not apply where something was published anonymously or under a pseudonym, and the identity of the creator couldn’t reasonably be identified". Next time post it yourself and ensure your ownership identification, and copyright is clear! As the image is only linked from it's original location, where there was no clear ownership - you were standing .... much as you do on the Jets chances this weekend ... on nothing! Getting RSI from tearing up paper yet?

Yes i agree. It certainly is a very murky area. Law is a bit like that though i guess. If i get any good shots of the marinator supporters tomorrow night, im happy if you guys want to post them though. So if you see a skinny little bastard in a jets jersey holding a camera near bay 16 (is it), please don't attack him. hehe. Will

Hey everyone, Furthermore Fox sports will not be able to give a good indication of how loud each group was. Have you guys seen the big hairy mics at the game? Well if you sit closer to one of those the louder you sound, they further back you sit and quieter you sound. If am correct, the squadron were sitting back, while marinators were sitting closer to these microphones. Just my two cents, Will We were only sitting closer to the mics cos there was not enough room to sit anywhere else where as in the squadron you can sit wherever you want My two cents

As for all what crap about who was louder? All I seem to see around here is a clear knowledge that we were far louder. It looks as though you have observed this acknowledgement of a fact and got your own knickers into a right knot.
Then you've spieled a rant far more excessive than anything any of us even considered typing. Including the phrase 'Get over it'. We were over it when we walked out of the stadium because it was case closed then and there. You on the other hand need to take that adivce, as others pointed out.
I found your little science lesson quite amusing. Yes, there were more novocastrians there than coasties. We have all said we took 2000-3000, no more. Yes, the 500 marinators in this were louder than the squadron, and the rest of the stadium which makes no noise (unless you score, whih you didnt). Grouped together or spread apart, you have to be making noise to be heard, and besides the squadron, none of the locals were.
You only seem to have points that try to disprove that we were louder, not prove that you were louder. We were louder on Fox, there were more of us, the commentators mentioned our singing. I spent time in both the marinators and the squadron, and we were louder. the squadron only came close in their drumming/clapping chants.
And I'll continue to use your pictures without your permission as long as you post them on a public forum, especially when you dont specify otherwise. Sour grapes isn't a good enough reason to bother stopping me.

I believe for copyright you would also have to have the photographer's names and copyrights owners name on the picture itself.

I think we are being a bit precious and hypocritical. I've no issue with them throwing paper (confetti or streamers), apart from the obvious fire risk. I don't think we need it, but I'm not anti. And it's a bit rich us whinging about paper, when Marinators were throwing full bottles of beer at the assistant referee up in Scumland recently.

I only saw the half full bottle of coke (just before half time). The kid who did it has had "severe" talking to and understands that next time he feels the need to do that, he will be handed over to security by fellow supporters.
Not one of mine fortunately - they know what I would do to them

Oh and as for the copyright hissy fit - another good reason not to incorporate IMHO - if the squadron can find an office bearer over 18, they will have to watch everything the say and/or do.
