we were going to get a blue season pass for bay 25, checked out the signup and they have completely rearranged the whole stadium. Seriously, the amount of gold seats has pretty much doubled, i never really thought that that many poeple were stupid enugh to buy expensive gold seats, hen siltting in the bay next to it is pretty much the same. Just wanted to know how everyone else reacted.

Like Pollock it doesn't effect me I'll be in bay 16.
Looking at the map thou I don't see an issue with it, looks fair and a good layout.
Why choose bay 25 thou? On a hot day you get covered in sun and it's right in your eyes? I would personally go the other side but each to their own.

i'm sympathetic, but the fact is that while one bay of blue has become gold, the other has become white. it's therefore cheaper to sit in bay 24, even if it's more expensive to sit in bay 25.
incidentally, hasn't the membership price come down anyway? doing the sums in my head it seems better value this year (then i'm totally head over heels addicted to the mariners, so they could probably charge double and i'd sell a kidney to get membership...).
and i'm with you mick, it's going to be a big year.
incidentally, the idea with the grandstand all gold thing is surely for TV - more people on the eastern lower tier will look better on the teev.

stil, it does make a difference when you arent in the same place, although for the marinators, i guess it doesnt, bay 16 is still white. But we have had it happen to us so many times. We cant get into the seats we like, or even in the same bay. Then when we get to the game, everytime you look at those seats, there is no one sitting in them.

Sorry mate but I haven't seen blue membership. It is blue on the info sheet but u don't get tickets. If you want to sit in bay 25 u will have to buy a gold section ticket. So you can have blue (membership of mariners only) and sit wherever u want.
I wouldn't sit in easter section for quids. Western better & bay 8/9 would be better as it is behind the mariners bench.
Anyway at the beginning of the season the gold was this big and then it was reduced down.
Price is almost half of what is cost last year. Cause I'm sure gold was around $1,000 for a season family.
Anyway sit wherever u want no support from me.
