I think Tour of Duty should be a general topic at the meeting. whether we'll have one, what ours will be called, where we might go in this and future seasons etc.

Hey! Who's up for making it a one drink limit? Charles CCLC Surely you jest! Limit of one per agenda item maybe. I can think of about ten topics - and that's just for starters. I agree that it should be responsible drinking though (as in who's responsible for the next shout). Here's my first suggestion. Specially minted beer glasses with the CCM logo in frosted glass, eg. Would be a great Xmas present! Set of 6 or 12.

Our Tour of duty should be something "pirate". Some kind of voyage for plunder. I'd like to see what plunder can be done on a trip to Perth. Not many wooden banana's on that trip, I suspect! (BrisVegas in-joke) Of course, it goes without saying that we'll plunder the three points.

A further reminder that this is on this Monday evening, 26th June 2006, at 6:30pm - "everyone is welcome to attend and contribute their opinions/ideas". The meeting is in the CCLC in the Cafe area, so U18 can attend, if accompanied.
Such a meeting will not be easy for whoever is running it, as some order will be needed, to give everyone a chance for a say.
In that regard then, some ideas for an agenda. The meeting was asked for originally by Charles to talk about what we want from the CCLC, so that should be first.
1. Marinators wants from CCLC - Kendall Bar - Assistance with fund raising - Away games - Special events
2. Bay 16 - what should be the approach this year, issues, ...we know what they are (see forum threads)
3. Outside of Bay 16 - exclusive vs inclusive, how to get the Marinators feeling/activity around the stadium, newsletter, songs, shirts/scarves
4. Away trips
5. Expenditure from funds - What been done so far - What is planned - shirts, scarves, etc. - New ideas - Banners/flags - Fund raising, eg. Tipping Comp
6. Relations with CCMFC, eg. DJ's news
7. Marinators.net, and Marinators board on forum
8. Dinamo Marinators, indoor
9. Other events eg. social (such as the golf, wine tour), public supporters events (eg. ploddy), others
10. Media contacts/events, flying squad, etc.
11. Relationships with other clubs fans
12. Anything else - eg. how we organise as we get bigger - who does what?
More ideas?

ok, phil told me at the lightning game, something about people going to ourimbah rsl for the match after this...thats a big gap and i havent seen anything on this thread about it...
did he mean that majority of people are making their way over to ourimbah straight after this, or that it was just the night before the match?
some clarity please...

We'll make our way to Ourimbah after this, but probably spend a bit of time at the Leaguesy and travel to Ourimbah en masse, or at leat that's my suggestion.
