. i do agree, but i think you missed my point . i believe there were a few people that jumped on the bandwagon following the success of the first season and they were obligated to attend by buying a season ticket after being caught up in the hype . these are the people that may not be willing to commit for a another full season . winless in the last few games (with everything to play for) will leave a more sour taste than just the last game . having said all that i know there will be many around me back for next season and some trying to accomodate mates in the reserved seating - so it is not all bad, i am just not sure about a huge change in the core supporters' numbers

I can understand bikinigirl's concern, seeing people leave early and asking themselves why they are paying good money to see performances like Sunday's.
My mates & I often ask ourselves the same question, but it's usually just frustration, and temporary venting....nothing more. Half an hour later, we're usually looking forward to the next game. It sure as hell won't stop us from renewing our season tickets, and I think we'll all be pleasantly surprised at the size of the crowds next year.
