That was a quality tackle and you know it..... I loved the way he took the red like a man and jogged straight off the pitch. None of this messing about acting like a bitch trying to get it rescinded (which of course is impossible), just got up and jogged off down the tunnel. Was awesome And yes Mick - Millsy and Jedinak (for mine) are tied as the hardest midfield nuts in the comp. as opposed to simply being nuts (paging kevin muscat, your prescription for antipsychotics is ready...)

Milligan is a bitch.
He is the most theatrical Aussie player in the A-League. It's sickening to watch him flair his head back or take that extra roll when going down, while the Sydney fans cheer their tits off at the free kick.
A minute later he'll be putting in one of his rubbish tackles (not hardman - just mistimed and misdirected) then firstly having his customary whinge to the ref and then gee-ing himself up in backplay, while the Sydney fans boo their tits off at the opposition player.
I experienced this from the 4th row last night, as well as his terrible positioning play in both midfield and fullback.
Not a diver, but an accentuator. Not a wonderkid, but a talent with good potential but too much of it in his head.

Best CDM in the HAL (with the possible exceptions of Muscat and Brebner - both of whom are infinitely more experienced)

Well are we talking about the best or the best with ifs and buts?
Or is this like how Faulty Bolty is the 'best' GK in the HAL?

He has some talent which was in evidence at Spirit, however I think his head has grown faster than his ability. I agree Mick he would be a better player with the more settled past we have had than what has bee going on at Sydney. Hopefully Branco will point him in the right direction.
